Additive Laser Technology of Ukraine (abbreviated ALT of Ukraine) is a national manufacturer of modern systems for selective laser melting of metal powder (3D printers) designed to create metal products of any shape in the additive manufacturing process known as Powder Bed Fusion (laser melting of metal powder in an inert environment), as well as auxiliary equipment.
The company began developing the equipment in 2017. In the following year, the first metal 3D printing complex, the Alfa-150, with a working field size (Width x Depth x Height) of 150 x 150 x 200 mm, was assembled and tested buy building the most complex products for the aerospace industry.
After successful testing of results in the scientific and practical fields of other high-tech and highly regulated industries, in 2018-2019, the newest complex for prototyping and small-scale production was developed – Alfa-280, for high-precision printing of all kinds of products within the size of the build chamber (W x D x H) 280 x 280 x 300 mm. This 3D printer was demonstrated at Formnext, the largest specialized exhibition (Frankfurt am Main, Germany), and was enthusiastically received by foreign specialists, and ALT Ukraine LLC became the first Ukrainian company to present its developments in additive technologies in general.
The latest achievements of ALT Ukraine are annually highlighted at Ukrainian conferences: “HighMatTech” (Kiev), “Ray technologies in welding and processing materials” (Odessa), “Space technologies: present and future” (Dnipro), as well as at local exhibitions – such as “International Industrial Forum” (Kiev), “Addit Expo 3D” and many others. In 2020, the company’s developments were highly appreciated by the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleh Uruskyi.
2018
On the basis of the production facilities of ALT Ukraine LLC, a modern laboratory of material science has been created for studying the properties of the materials used, as well as working out the parameters of 3D printing with metal.
2020
Experimental and small-scale production of the ultra-compact 3D printer of the updated Model Alfa-150D with the optimal size of the work chamber of 150 x 150 x 180 mm and its own intuitive user interface was launched.
ALT Ukraine LLC is a permanent member of the Research Center for the Use of Additive Technologies. Together with specialists of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and Imperial College London, ALT-Ukraine LLC is constantly developing new construction materials, designing and conducting various laboratory studies in the field of additive technologies.

Clients of ALT Ukraine are Ukrainian and European companies operating in the aerospace, automotive, energy, dentistry and medicine, as well as research centers and scientific laboratories, which are engaged in solving the problems of topological optimization, prototyping, studying the properties of materials and creating the latest production solutions.
